The actor gave this information to his fans on social media. Shahid Kapoor thanked the government for completing the shooting of the film in many beautiful locations in Uttarakhand. In this film, Shahid Kapoor is playing the role of a cricketer. The film stars actress Mrinal Thakur in the lead role alongside Shahid Kapoor.
In the film, Shahid’s father Pankaj Kapoor will be seen as his mentor. Shahid Kapoor tweeted on Sunday – ‘Jersey schedule is over. I want to thank the Uttarakhand government for supporting us and implementing the efficient policies that allowed us to shoot our film schedule safely in many beautiful locations of the state and we successfully completed it.

The story of the film ‘Jersey’ revolves around a cricketer. ‘Jersey’ is a Hindi remake of the Telugu film. The film ‘Jersey’, directed by Gautham Tinnanuri, was to be released on August 28, 2020 this year, but the release date of the film was pushed forward due to the Corona epidemic. ‘Jersey’ is being produced by Allu Aravind, Aman Gill and Dil Raju.
