Digital Desk Baragaon. The carcass of a 38-year-old man was found hanging from a snare of a Neem tree rope in a snake-necklace on September 5 in Antoura village of police station area. Police was taken into consideration after deciding the matter. During the investigation, the police have registered a case under Section 306, 34 IPC against Manoj and Chauda Ahirwar, residents of Antora.
According to the information received, on September 5, Bihari son Dhuri Ahirwar resident Antoura had given information at Badgaon police station. In which son Janki Ahirwar (38) was informed about hanging on a neem tree hanging from a rope in a snake necklace. The Bargaon police had passed the order in Section 174 and assigned the case to the Chief Constable, Hari Singh Yadav for investigation. During the investigation, statements of the deceased’s father Bihari, mother Panbai, brother Rajesh Ahirwar, girl Aarti Ahirwar, the deceased’s wife Mamta Ahirwar and other witnesses Sundar Thakur, Thovan tribal, Pran Singh Yadav were taken. Which found that Janaki Ahirwar was highly alcoholic. Used to borrow from the village and nearby people. About a year ago Janaki took a loan of one lakh rupees from Chouda Ahirwar of Antora. Chouda Ahirwar and Manoj Ahirwar have come up with pressure to threaten and recover money from Janaki. Chouda and Manoj Ahirwar have also been found to have forced Janaki to work for four to five consecutive days in lieu of debt. Due to this, Janaki committed suicide by coming under stress. Police have registered prima facie crime sections 306, 34 against accused Chouda Ahirwar and Manoj Ahirwar resident Antoura.
