The Human Rights Ombudsman of Kinagarno-Karabakh, Artak Belaryan, said on Monday that at least 31 ordinary civilians had died and hundreds of others were injured in the area. However, the total casualties on both sides are likely to be very high in this war which continues till the 16th day in a row.
War continues even after the ceasefire
