Sushant Singh Rajput’s producer and friend Sandeep Singh has filed a defamation suit against popular news channel Republic TV. Sandeep Singh has sent a legal notice to Republic TV and editor-in-chief Arnab Goswami for defamation. As compensation, the 200 crore producer shared the news by sharing a copy of the legal notice on its official social media page.
In the legal notice, Sandip Singh has leveled serious allegations against Republic TV and Arnab Goswami, including broadcasting news with the criminal intent of exporting money. He apologized unconditionally to the channel and to the editor-in-chief and demanded that all defamatory material be removed within 15 days of the notice being served.
“My client is a well known reputed and established producer and filmmaker in Bollywood against whom you are broadcasting / broadcasting defamatory news for the purpose of money laundering crime but you knew my client and late Sushant Singh Rajput (Bollywood film actor). They have known each other since the day of their struggle. My client received several massages from your correspondents / staff for criminal purposes and for your ransom, so you openly demanded the arrest of my client and called him a major conspirator and murderer. The above suggestions are that you falsely accuse my client in TV debates, programs, social media platforms almost every day without any evidence and intentionally interfere in investigative mechanisms like CBI and Mumbai Police.“
“You are notified by this legal notice that my client or you have appealed to any other print / online forum and TV to remove / remove or remove, remove or delete any unfortunate tender. A public apology to my client for the written / video of the bad and horrific allegations you have already made against me. Called a legal notice.
