Subrata Sahu of Chhattisgarh joins the top 50 bureaucrats of India

Raipur. A survey of bureaucrats has been conducted in 2020 to see the working of the most influential IAS officers. Subrata Sahu is the only IAS officer of the state of Chhattisgarh among the most influential IAS officers of 1992 batch in the list released by the Fame India Asia Post Survey Report, which has achieved this feat.

Subrata Sahu of Chhattisgarh state and 1992 batch India is the only officer in the country who is among the top bureaucrats. Presently, Subrata Sahu is working as Additional Chief Secretary in the state of Chhattisgarh. He is looking after the functioning of the Chief Minister’s Secretariat, Home and Jail Department, Energy Department, Electronics and Information Technology Department and is holding additional charge of Commerce and Industry (Rail Line Projects). He has previously held important responsibilities of important departments like Panchayat and Rural Development Department, State Chief Electoral Officer, School Education and Health Department. Shri Sahu is known for his simplicity and ease and practical style.

At present, more than 5000 IAS officers are working in various positions across the country. Of these, the bureaucrats have been surveyed in 2020 to see the working of the most effective IAS officers. Subrata Sahu is the only IAS officer of the state of Chhattisgarh among the most influential IAS officers of 1992 batch in the list of Fame India Asia Post Survey Report, which has achieved this feat.
