Mathura. A hearing was held on Monday in the case of ownership of Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi complex. Advocates and litigants of the Supreme Court were present in the DJ Court. During this time evidence was presented by the plaintiff, now the next hearing of the case will be on 16 October.
It may be noted that after Ramlala Virajaman, a civil lawsuit has been filed in the court of Mathura on behalf of Shri Krishna Virajaman. It has sought ownership of 13.37 acres of Krishna Janmabhoomi land and calls for the removal of the royal Idgah mosque.
Ranjana Agnihotri and devotee Karunesh Shukla of Shri Krishna’s Sree Krishna Virajaman filed a petition with advocate Harishankar Jain. Civil appeal has been accepted by the District Judge in the Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi-Idgah land case on Monday afternoon.
According to Bar Association’s auditor Shailesh Dubey, the district judge has summoned the lower court’s letter rejecting the petition in the case. Now the matter will be heard on 16 October.
