Anuppur In the Assembly constituency Anuppur, the notification has been issued by the returning officer Kamlesh Puri for sub-election. From Friday, the nomination papers can be submitted to the Returning Officer or Assistant Returning Officer Bhagirathi Lahre from 09 October to 3:00 pm, except on a holiday day from October 9 to 3 in the Court Collector and District Magistrate Room Anuppur. Forms of nomination papers can be obtained at the aforesaid place and time.
Nomination papers will be taken for scrutiny at 11 am on October 17 in the court of Collector and District Magistrate Room. Notice of withdrawal of candidature either the candidate, any proposer or election agent authorized in writing by the candidate to deliver it, can be given to any of the specified officers before 3 pm on October 19. Voting will be held on November 03 between 7 am and 6 pm.
According to the guidelines issued by the Election Commission, nomination facility will also be available online. Candidates will also be able to submit their print with the required documents to the Returning Officer by filling the online form. Affidavits can also be filled online, candidates will be able to print the filled form online and submit it by notarizing. The facility of security deposit will also be available through online mode. During nomination, a maximum of 2 persons will remain with the candidate. A maximum of 2 vehicles will be allowed during nomination. All other provisions of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 will have to be complied with.
