New Delhi: MG Motor India launched its premium sports utility vehicle (SUV) Gloster in India on 8 October. The company has introduced the premium features MG Gloster to market to set a new benchmark in matchless luxury, technology and off-roading. We got a chance to experience this premium SUV. We saw MG Gloster walking in challenging paths. During this time, how it performed, we will talk about it in this news. We have brought for you an off-roading review of MG Gloster to examine the company’s claims.
We arrived at the offering adventure zone to experience MG Gloster. There we saw its performance on 12 to 14 optical or challenging routes. The MG Gloster is equipped with 7 driving modes Rock, Sand, Mud, Snow, Eco, Sports, Normal and Rock.
We experienced this while running on all these driving modes. Poorly broken paths, large stones, this SUV comes out very comfortably. The MG Gloster has a 360 degree camera that keeps showing views around it. We found this quite interesting in terms of security while driving.
We also saw MG Gloster moving between deep water and mud. We noticed that the water came to the headlight of the car during driving but it kept moving smoothly in it. Its all wheel drive version outputs 218 PS and 480 Nm. It has an 8-speed automatic gearbox with engine. Which makes it extremely powerful.
This premium SUV has more than 70 smart features. It has a 12.3 inch touchscreen infotainment system which looks very beautiful to look at. We also liked the driver seat massage function as well. It felt very special inside us. It can seat a maximum of 7 people. MG Gloster is available in Agate Red, Metal Black, Metal Ash, Warm White colors.
Talking about its price, the ex showroom prices in Delhi are between Rs 28.98 lakh and Rs 35.38 lakh. The two-wheel-drive variant is priced at Rs 28.98 lakh and Rs 30.98 lakh. Its four-wheel-drive version is priced at Rs 33.68 lakh, Rs 33.98 lakh and Rs 35.38 lakh.
