Sikar. In the last three days, due to the boycott of the work of the administrators of the Village Service Cooperative Societies, the interest-free crop loan process has become inactive. Neither the new loan nor the old debt is being collected in the cooperative societies due to the boycott of the administrators demanding the common cadre and screening. If the situation remains the same, the distribution of interest-free crop loans in the Rabi season in the State Village Service Cooperative Societies and the debt collection committee and farmers will be affected. During the work boycott, the admins are not working even in the village service cooperatives. This will also have an impact on the registration process of government purchases on support price. It is worth noting that there are 6722 Village Service Cooperative Societies in the state and 222 in the district.
300 crore loan
District General Secretary of Rajasthan Cooperative Employees Union Mahadev Singh Ahira said that for three days, the administrators have boycotted work, due to which the credit distribution system has come to a standstill. It is proposed by the cooperative bank to recover interest-free amount of about Rs.300 crores in the Rabi season in the district and to distribute the same new loan. This loan is to be given to 77 thousand farmers of distribution societies. But now, due to the state level work boycott of the administrators, this process is being completely lost. The financial condition of the cooperative bank will also be affected due to non-recovery of loan.
