In that case all the cows were being sent to the cowshed of Chakulia after necessary action. On Friday, the policemen who drove the truck loaded with cows from Ramgarh, they deal with the smugglers on the way. After this, the cow was being unloaded from the truck and loaded into the smuggler’s auto near Gamharia Ghodaba temple.
In this sequence, the local people had informed the Adityapur police about the truck being captured. But instead of taking action, the Adityapur police was pushing the truck across the path of Tallbridge. Meanwhile, the people coming from the rear of the truck from near Ghorababa temple were again stopped and made a fierce commotion. After receiving the information, SDPO Rakesh Ranjan, who reached the spot, pacified the people and took everyone to custody and reached Adityapur police station.
In the course of inquiry, the matter of cow smuggling came to light. According to Seraikela police, Ramgarh SP has suspended the officer of Uday Pratap Yadav, three guards and one home guard of Rajarappa police station. It includes Home Guard jawan Arjun Mahato, Chowkidar Mohan Karmali, Vasudev Mridha and others.
