Digital Desk Anuppur. The nomination was filed by the BJP candidate on October 15 for the Anuppur assembly by-election. DJs were also used along with stopping at the Circuit House without a vehicle rally wow before filing nominations. Some four FIRs have been lodged against BJP office-bearers on Friday evening when they found violation of the guidelines issued for Kovid’s precaution in the general assembly venue.
Case of violation on BJP District President
Cases were filed under Section 188 for violation of Code of Conduct recorded late Friday evening, in which three FIRs were filed against BJP District President Brijesh Gautam by SDM and Assembly Anuppur Returning Officer Kamlesh Puri and an FIR General Assembly Program Organizer and Party Administrative Committee. The complaint has been filed against member Mahendra Patel on a circuit house act.
Code of Conduct violation
The second nomination letter was filed by BJP candidate Bisahulal Singh on 15 October. In which state BJP president BD Sharma along with BJYM state president Abhilash Pandey also reached Anuppur. But on reaching Anuppur, BD Sharma and Abhilash Pandey entered and used the new circuit house without the permission of the administration. Not only this, the bike rally led by the officials also took out and used the DJ sound, permission was also not taken from the administration for this. Whereas the general assembly venue held in the Excellence School campus was found to be in violation of the instructions of Kovid Guideline.

A case has been registered against the BJP District President and the organizer of the program in connection with the violation of the model code of conduct by the Bharatiya Janata Party workers on October 15.
