The Union Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare said that after timely detection of the problem of Kovid-19 in India, immediate attention, according to it, government response, rapid increase of laboratory capacity for investigation, high level of government and administration India survived the terrible situation of Corona due to rapid decision making and positive participation of common people including the decision of the government during lockdown. In a country with a high population density like India, the situation could have been very dangerous. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the battle that has been fought by the whole of India against Corona is a commendable compliment. Congratulating Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the control of Corona across India, Choubey said that the Bihar government, under the leadership of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, is continuously working to control the corona in Bihar. He said that caution is still needed. With the help of all sections of society, we will surely be successful in defeating Corona.
On Tuesday, he was addressing the 21st Group of Ministers (Group of Ministers) meeting from AIIMS Patna through virtual medium. The meeting was related to Kovid-19. The meeting was also attended by NCDC along with other ministries like Ministry of External Affairs, Ministry of Shipping, NITI Aayog, Ministry of Municipal Aviation, Ministry of Textiles. Patna AIIMS Director Dr. PK Singh and Superintendent Dr. CM Singh and other high officials were also present in this meeting. The meeting discussed in detail the current status of Kovid-19 and the steps taken to control it and the status and administrative control of its vaccine development and planning in India. It also discussed India’s role and involvement in providing hinges to other countries.
Bihar has none of the 10 most corona infected districts, the highest recovery rate
Ashwini Choubey said that Bihar led the way in the fight against Corona in India where the nationwide recovery rate is 86.36 percent, while in Bihar it is about 94 (93.89) percent. Bihar does not have a single district among the 10 most corona infected districts in the country. There are a total of 36,671 isolation beds in Bihar. In addition, there are ICU beds 650, oxygen facilities beds 6,814 and ventilators number 836. The central and Bihar governments can increase it further if needed.
Fears of growing corona in cold weather and festival time
Union Minister of State for Health, Choubey said that about 10 lakh (9,94,851) tests are being done daily in India now. A total of 1,922 labs, including government controlled 1,106 and private sector 816 testing labs, are engaged in this work. He said that people need to be more careful with Corona right now. The corona is expected to grow during the cold season and festival time. Influenza also increases during this time. The government is engaged at all levels in controlling it by paying attention to it through its agencies.
