A young man boarded a coal wagon, died due to high-capacity current


Youth came out from maternal uncle’s house in the evening, family members said mentally deranged

Anuppur A carcass was found in a burnt condition on a coal-laden wagon at Amalai railway station of Bilaspur-Katni railway block. After which there was a stir among railway employees and officers. Immediately the body was brought down after informing the GRP, where the police prepared and handed over the deadpan to its relatives. It is said that the railway staff saw the dead body of a young man lying on top of a coal-laden train bogie reached platform number 5 in the morning of October 12 at Amalai railway station. It was reported to the station master, where the station master informed the incident to the GRP. While inspecting the site, the GRP police said that the young man climbed on top of the coal-laden bogey died due to exposure to the high-tension wire. The deceased youth could not be identified immediately. It is said that when the GRP Police was preparing the Panchnama, the relatives of the deceased arrived and identified the young man as 30-year-old Hubelal Kewat father Kunu Lal Kewat resident village Chodi-Podi ward number 7 Bearmada. Family members said that the deceased had poor mental balance. The young man came to his maternal uncle Suraj Prasad Kewat resident of Tippan railway bridge Anuppur. Where on the evening of October 11, Mama left for tea and breakfast and did not return. After which the family was looking for him. The GRP police prepared a panchnama and sent the body to the district hospital for PM. It is believed that by the anti-social elements near the Tipan river bridge, stealing coal in goods train. It is likely that the deceased would also have boarded the goods train stealing coal and succumbed to the scorching bogey in the grip of the high current. The body lay on the freight train and reached Amalai railway station via Anuppur railway station.
